Hazel is a dedicated and results-driven management systems consultant, with a highly successful background in the development and implementation of management systems.

Hazel is genuinely fascinated with creating systems and structures that help SME's run their businesses more effectively. Hazel wants her clients to feel safe, risk-free, and know their business is structured in a way that will not only give them an edge in their industry but also help them secure future tenders.

About your host

Colleen and Phil founded Building Connections in June 2019 with a vision to create a community for individuals and couples working in small businesses. Business owners who are missing the connections outside of the daily business.

The Building Connections community provides small business owners with:

face to face events - social and educational (Online for the duration of COVID-19)
opportunity to build strategic alliances to grow your business
a place to connect and share experiences and bounce ideas
introductions to our wide network so you no longer have to source from the unknown

Unlike other events that interrupt the workday, our events are held at the end of the day so you can still get home to enjoy the evening with the family or get those quotes or invoices done before midnight!

Building Connections events are relaxed and fun with no forced referrals.

Our educational events (we refer to them as Laugh and Learn sessions) are a fun way of improving your motivation and lowering your stress.

Monthly guest speakers present on informative topics to support you in personal and business growth. Then we have the quarterly social events that really make us feel apart of something bigger – Think of us as the social club within a big business created just for you and your family.
