Welcome to the very first, Laugh it Out!!

Did you know you can release emotions and energy through laughing?

Come and let go of life’s worries with this fun way to be a bit weird and connect with others.

I often forget how therapeutic a good laugh is, until I crack into hysterics and feel like I am walking on cloud 9!

This is a chance to share what’s going on for you, have a laugh, not take yourself too seriously and leave with a spring in your step.

There will be activities, sharing, connecting and obviously, laughing!

When: Tuesday 21st September

Time: 6:30pm-8:30pm

Where: Moffat Beach (address given when you sign up)

Price: First week FREE. $15 every other week. Kids(15 & under) $5

What to bring: Just yourself and your weirdest and most fabulous laugh.

About your host: Laura is an Access Consciousness Practitioner & Facilitator, currently studying EFT Tapping. She is health conscious, kind, nurturing & fun. Dedicated to making people feel at home, not only in her presence, but their bodies too. With her open heart and relatable personality she helps guide people back to themselves and bring more joy into their lives. The Queen of letting go of things no longer serving her, she aims to provide the space for people to do that too.
