Come join our community and let’s celebrate World Mental Health Day with a chorus of laughter with Jules from The Anxious Bird and President of Art of The Minds.

Did you know, adults only laugh on average 15 times day as opposed to children who laugh 400? yet everyone has the capacity to laugh!
Laughing yoga works on the principle of,” We fake it until we make it”, as the brain cannot tell the difference between a fake laugh and a real laugh.
The good news is, you will feel like laughing and this will be explained to you, and more about the chemical changes your body will experience to restore a sense of joy in your heart and mind.

What can I expect?
Laughing safely with others in the fresh open air, clapping sequences and mild stretching, working on improved lung capacity, and leaving refreshed, restored, and relaxed after a sound and peaceful guided mediation!

We will end the session with a lovely morning tea at Salty Dog Café.

This event is open to everyone.

No yoga mats required or challenging poses. Everyone can join in and BYO your own chair if standing is a challenge for you.
