Laughter yoga
Event description
If you are new to laughter yoga it is quite simple. Consciously laughing and engaging in child like exercises. We require 20min of hearty laughter to feel the full benefits. Just like we release emotions of anxiety and stress we can release our joy.
Some of the health benefits include: reduced stress, reduced anxiety, reduced depression, activates happy chemicals such as serotonin, oxytocin, dopamine and endorphins, reduces chronic pain, increases oxygen levels and so much more.
