I am an International Certified Laughter Yoga Leader and Joy Coach and if you allow me I'd love to share with you this practice that can enhance your immune system, boost your energy, release stress and the benefits goes on and on!

What is Laughter Yoga???

Laughter Yoga (LY) is an exercise program developed by Indian physician Dr Madan Kataria where anyone can laugh without relying on humour, jokes or comedies.

It combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing techniques (Pranayama) which brings more oxygen to our body and brain making us feel more energetic and healthy.

In this session, we are going to incorporate light stretching, brain gym and more!
Come with comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.

If you choose to stay for lunch, it is a 3 course meal for only $7 - which you will pay directly at the venue if you choose to come :)

The Laughter Yoga Session welcome all and it is free of charge.

However if you would like to support, there are tickets with variation such as $7 (shout me the lunch), $5 (donation) or anything you may desire to contribute.
