Laughter Yoga Leader Training - April - Brisbane
Event description
Equip yourself with mood-enhancing, stress-busting laughter yoga skills in this 2-day Certified Laughter Yoga Leader (CLYL) training, the internationally recognised qualification set by Dr Madan Kataria and Laughter Yoga International.
The Certified Laughter Yoga Leader course is almost certainly the most fun training that you’ll ever enrol in—with seriously positive impacts for physical, mental and social wellbeing.
The Certified Laughter Yoga Leader course is the minimum needed to run an in-person laughter club in Australia—free (or very low cost) volunteer-based community social sessions in your neighbourhood. If you want a club near you, this is the course to do.
It’s an ideal addition to pull out of your ‘box of tricks’ to help colleagues, clients, students or friends destress, refocus and feel good. It's adaptable and accessible making it all-abilities friendly.
This course is entry level: it does not focus on facilitation for commercial gigs. Like everything in life, we learn from practice and experience and grow from there.
While there is some theory—the history, concept, philosophy— emphasis is on doing: learning laughter yoga exercise techniques in a safe, supportive, empowering environment.
