LAUNCH EVENT: La Sirène X Jester King (US) Coolship Collab

Way back in 2018, Jeffrey Stuffings – founder of acclaimed US wild brewery Jester King – joined Costa and the team in our Melbourne brewery for several days to collaborate on a wild brew using our Coolship. Jeff wrote a blog article and a social post about our time together.

Five years later, this one-of-a-kind, 100% spontaneous-fermented Coolship Ale emerged from its French oak puncheon. The result is something incredibly special; an outcome Jeff, Costa and the team are super proud of.

Founder-and-chief Costa will take us through the beer, along with select vintage bottles from the La Sirène museum collection.

Ticket includes:

• 150ml pour of Coolship with Jeff – 5-year barrel-aged Collaboration Coolship Ale w/ Jester King (US)
• 2x 150ml pours of select vintage La Sirène magnums and museum Coolship and Wild Ale bottles
• 150ml pour of a vintage Jester King beer, brewed in the US
• Appetiser selection on arrival.

A selection of our kitchen menu and usual drinks list will also be available for orders.

Bottles of this ultra-limited Coolship Ale will also be available to purchase on the evening, with a maximum of 3 bottles per person.
