Know that you are not alone. It is my first time running dance in MALENY...

It is your dance, your unique way of dancing that I welcome. You even do not have to dance ; you can simply be in the space, as long as you demonstrate RESPECT, CARE, AWARENESS.

- no level required, no choreography

- all genders and ages welcome (children must be supervised at all times by parents / close ones)

- enter in a sober state

- phone in silent mode from the start of the event

- no phone on dance floor

I will guide you gently with my voice (not all the way through though). My facilitation is based on a Deep Healing Process that I have learnt, but fine-tuned from personal Life experience. If you are willing to Heal & Transform, if you are into personal growth and want to activate your potential, what I say might resonate. If not, you can still join the dance and DANCE!

This Dance will help you let go, release, accept, free yourself, find yourself, lose yourself, explore new parts of the Self, get more confident within a group, go past your fears of been seen and heard (voice / sound is welcome during the dance) .. , be playful, connect with people who align with who you are ... and much more.

WHAT TO WEAR:
- Comfortable outfit, whatever you like that makes you feel good!

WHAT TO BRING:
- water bottle
- note book and pen (if you like journaling, you might like writing down your insights ...)
- If you want to give yourself plenty of rest, or if you are injured or have a compromised health : bring a yoga mat and/or a cushion
