Escape the hustle and bustle and step into an oasis of calm listening to beautiful music in the glorious surrounds of St David's Cathedral.

Tuesday 25 August - Laura Vaughan & Liam Byrne

Blending historical instruments with contemporary textures, this atmospheric performance draws threads across centuries. Berlin-based viola da gambist Liam Byrne is renowned for his interpretations of both early music and cutting-edge contemporary music. He joins Australian gambist Laura Vaughan for a recital pairing Renaissance and Baroque works alongside the new music of today.

VENUE CHANGE - please note, this series will now be taking place at St David's Cathedral and not Hobart Town Hall as originally advertised.
