Participants will hear more about who we are, our values, and what we look for in potential team members before progressing through our multi-stage recruitment process.

Session Options:

Session 1: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Session 2: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Each session includes a company introduction, group interview, online skills assessment, and the potential for one-on-one interviews for shortlisted applicants. Successful candidates may receive a conditional offer of employment on the day, pending reference checks.

Please bring:

An updated résumé with two professional references
Current First Aid & CPR qualifications
NDIS Worker Screening Card or positive notice letter
Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Current driver’s licence and comprehensive vehicle insurance
NDIS Worker Orientation Module: Quality, Safety and You certificate

We encourage applications from individuals who align with our values and are willing to travel across the Sunshine Coast to support our guests and properties.

Each session is limited to 60 attendees. If sessions fill, additional dates may be added.
