The Leadin’ Lady Foundation is a non profit created to encourage and sustain a genuinely productive sisterhood amongst women of color in our communities. Our focus is on strengthening knowledge, resources, & awareness around mental health. As well as supporting our community in the recovery in their mental health journeys.

A Leadin’ Lady represents a lifestyle beyond physical appearance and all about character, humility and citizenship. Our color is Lavender which represents grace, power, calm, healing, compassion and kindness. These are all what we embody and strive to represent. In the spirit of our color and our introduction to the community we welcome you to join us for our 1st Annual Lavender Event.

The Lavender Bruncheon is all about paying tribute to Lavender. During this event we will honor our theme by having encouraging & empowering discussions, breaking bread with each other, & sharing some laughs while enjoying light eatables.
