Event description

Three artists living on Gadigal land will be putting on a show.

Ash Morse has been making all kinds of waves from collaborating with some of Australia's finest artists to releasing his own album To Come Home late last year. His accolades also include featuring as a finalist in the 2023 Vanda and Young Songwriting Contest and clocking over 2.3 million streams across all DSPs.

rue tiay is an emerging psychedelic pop artist whose debut single was released earlier this year. Iraqi born and New Zealand raised, rue tiay spent seven years at university pursuing a science degree, then medical school, before giving into her lifelong of being a musician. This show will be promoting her upcoming single 'Don't Call Me Pretty.' rue tiay is currently a top 30 finalist in the Australian Songwriting Awards across 3 categories, a semi-finalist in the UK Songwriting Contest (in association with the BRIT Trust), and received 3rd place in the Sydney semi-finals of the Listen Up Songwriting Award. She has clocked in over 150 000 streams across DSPs.

These two artists will be supported by the talented Timothy Loren Steiner  - a US born, Sydney residing, singer-songwriter. His music is reminiscent of an indie/alt-rock sound that permeated his musical upbringings while also informed by international influences. He writes his music as a form of emotional dispensation and is for people who use music as a vehicle for their feelings.

Join them at level 1 of Lazybones Lounge in Marrickville. Doors open at 5.30pm. Show begins at 6.30pm.
