The Long Beach Early Childhood Education Symposium's theme this year is "Be the Change".

This year participants will choose their workshops the day of the event by going to the workshop of their choice. Once a workshop is full participants will be directed to choose another workshop. Some workshops will be presented in Spanish. Participants will receive a professional development certificate for eight hours at the close of the day. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Parking is FREE for this event! All participants are encouraged to carpool as parking availability is limited.

Target Audience: Early childhood education educators, Transitional kindergarten and ETK teachers as well as kindergarten teachers, directors and principals.

El tema del Simposio de Educación de la Primera Infancia de Long Beach este año es "Ser El Cambio".

Este año los participantes elegirán sus talleres el día del evento yendo al taller de su elección. Una vez que un taller esté completo, los participantes serán dirigidos a elegir otro taller. Algunos talleres se presentarán en español. Los participantes recibirán un certificado de desarrollo profesional de ocho horas al cierre del día. Se proporcionará desayuno y almuerzo.

Estacionamiento es GRATIS para este evento! Se anima a los participantes que viajen juntos en coche ya que espacios de estacionamiento son limitados.

Público objetivo: educadores de educación de la primera infancia, maestros de transición al kindergarten y ETK, así como maestros, directores y directores de escuela.
