Le Jazz Déjeuner- Featuring Hannah Macklin & Peta Wilson

Hannah Macklin and Peta Wilson played their first jazz gigs together at “Era Bistro” on Melbourne St in South Brisbane circa 2011 and have since formed a close musical friendship, with Peta being a long-standing member of Hannah’s solo projects “MKO” (and now simply “Hannah Macklin band”) and Hannah lending her vocals to Peta’s composition project “Coco Hue”. In a jazz context they lean towards groovy 70s numbers, soul re-workings and deep angsty ballads ala Lush Life.
