Join us for an evening of wine tasting our way through the regions of France!

Elevate your wine education journey with an in-depth French wine class led by Bryan Hinschberger, co-owner of Bon Vivant Imports.

During this two-hour class, we will taste our way through France by completing a massive circle around the wine regions of the country. This Tour de France will mirror the journey that Bryan and Bon Vivant hosted last Spring, taking American wine buyers (including The Boise Co-op's Wine Shop Manager, Marcy French!), around the country to meet winemakers, tour estates, and develop relations with the land and the people. Each wine for this class was chosen to highlight the regions and tell the stories of the vines, the wines, and the winemakers.

Fresh charcuterie-style snacks will be provided by the Boise Co-op Deli.

About the Instructor:
Bryan Hinschberger of Bon Vivant Imports has a long tenure in the wine industry, beginning in restaurants somm’ing and running programs, then working into distribution, and now overseeing multiple aspects of wine importing. His passion is both evident and energetic. Known for his engaging approach, Bryan brings each wine to life by sharing the stories and people behind it, hoping to deepen appreciation for the individual wine and for the industry as a whole.
