A 2-day intensive in-person experience focused on developing your practical tools, mindsets and habits to build your confidence for leading your team, influencing upwards and growing your career.

For - Mid-level supervisors and managers who are looking to lead from where they are, and grow their careers towards more senior leadership roles. For those who want to think more strategically, communicate with more influence and lead complex teams more effectively. For those who want to move past the models and into the practical how to's of more effective every day leadership of the hard stuff.

What - 2-day in-person intensive leadership development program. Participants will walk away with an individualised toolkit of specific mindsets, thinking strategies and behaviours, along with the confidence to apply them, in their current workplace as a mid-level leader. The group will also come together for a further 3 x 1.5-hr virtual group coaching sessions fortnightly after completion of the in-person intensive. This will support participants to sustain application of the learning in their workplace, and deepen their growth as a leader for long-term career progression.
