"Lead From Within” is a unique experience with horses being offered for the Wellness Wander Weekend.

Set in a natural setting surrounded by peaceful gumtrees, come along and build on your self discovery journey and develop your personal leadership skills by being guided by our amazing teachers, the Horses, here at Leading Change Experiences.

Horses are proven to be effective in developing social, emotional, relationship and interpersonal skills. They are sensitive, intuitive and honest. Horses require calm and confident leadership with definite boundaries and they gain trust and respect through consistent behaviours. They have a strong sense of identity and teach people how to be a leader from within. Horses don’t judge, but they constantly assess. Their feedback is honest and instant. Learning to listen to what horses have to say is powerful and can spur the answer to individual change.

The "Lead From Within” session promotes mental and emotional fitness with positive psychology principles, personal development, new skills and self empowerment.
Come along and experience how the horses and their wisdom can assist you in developing your courage, clarity and confidence – even through uncertainty.

Please note, NO previous horse experience is necessary, and no riding is involved. Participants work with the horses through objective-based exercises from the ground.
