ABOUT DANNI ERMILOVA WILLIAMS, CHANGE COACH AND CONSULTANT 

Danni is an experienced personal and professional coach, and organisational change specialist with a flair for working with individuals, leaders and organisations on shaping, navigating and transitioning through change with clarity, power and success. 

Danni is an award winning HR professional with a career in leadership, change and business consulting. Before starting her own business, Danni was a Director at International Business Consulting Firm, PwC where she led internal coaching programmes, advised on the future of work and led business and workforce design, establishment and change programmes.

Danni lives her passion for change. In 2023 she took an adult career break after a challenging year of miscarriages and long hours at work to pursue big life change and personal growth. Danni now runs her own business, and is an advocate of women harnessing their inner power to create and lead the lives that they want and deserve.
