Lead Self to Lead Others is a two-day, in-person strengths-based leadership programme designed to help you grow your self-awareness, strengthen your communication, and lead with more clarity and purpose.

This isn’t about ticking boxes or learning generic leadership models. It’s a grounded, people-first approach built around real conversations, practical tools, and space to reflect.

What is strengths-based leadership?

It’s a leadership approach based on a simple idea: you grow faster and lead better when you focus on what you naturally do best.

This programme uses the CliftonStrengths framework, developed by psychologist Donald Clifton and the Gallup research team. Backed by decades of research in positive psychology and workplace performance, it helps you identify your natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. And shows you how to use them intentionally to lead with authenticity and impact.

It’s not just about feeling good. It’s about knowing what energises you, what drains you, how you influence others, and where your blind spots might be.

You’ll walk away with deeper self-awareness, practical ways to apply your strengths, and tools to build trust, connection, and performance, in yourself and others.
