*1.30 pm - 2.30 pm*	DECYP Mini Masterclasses – Concurrent Session One A - *Diving into school improvement through the lens of the ACER School Improvement Tool* Maree Pinnington & Jenny Cowling - External School Review Leaders This session will develop further understanding of the ACER (Australian Council for Educational Research ) School Improvement Tool. It will briefly look at the intersects with school leadership and using the tool to guide the school improvement agenda. Provide an opportunity to discuss ways the tool is being utilised across DECYP sites. Session One B - Managing Conflicts of Interest Eliza Murphy - Team Leader - Educational and Training - Integrity Commission This session will equip you with practical tools and strategies for managing conflicts of interest and setting the ethical ‘tone from the top’ in your schools.
