• This session will develop further understanding of the ACER (Australian Council for Educational Research ) School Improvement Tool.
• It will briefly look at the intersects with school leadership and using the tool to guide the school improvement agenda.
• Provide an opportunity to discuss ways the tool is being utilised across DECYP sites.

Session One B - Managing Conflicts of Interest

• This session will equip you with practical tools and strategies for managing conflicts of interest and setting the ethical ‘tone from the top’ in your schools.
