Congratulations! You're attending the inaugural @EventName (Australia). Here are some housekeeping items to be aware of before attending:

Venue

Level 4, The Queen Victoria Women's Centre, 201 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne CBD.

This is an accessible venue. Please check this LINK for detailed accessibility arrangements.

Paid parking is available at the QV Shopping Centre, or use this LINK to find alternatives.

We recommend using Public Transport. A journey planner is available HERE.

Logistics

Check-In: 8:30AM.

Formalities: 9AM

Finish: 4:30PM

You do not need to bring tickets. Your name badge will be at the registration table.

Ticket organisers: please advise the names of your attendees to us by 17th November

Schedule

The Summit is fully catered, including:

Lead to Soar Coffee Cart for barista coffee, teas, and hot chocolate with various kinds of milk.
On-demand snack bar to keep you fuelled up
Lunchboxes on both days
Jugs of water on tables

If you have not informed us of any allergies or special dietary requirements, please do so by Friday, 17th November.

Dress Code

The dress code for the Summit is business casual - although we recognise that means different things to different people! Wear whatever you are comfortable in, remembering that we have photography happening at the event, which will be used in social media and for promotional purposes in future.

The Merch

There is a feminist shop at the QVWC with a 15% discount for purchases made on the day.

Your gift bag including a journal, pen, and keep cup.

You are automatically registered in the draw to win laptop bags, card holders, books, skincare and more.

Books for sale: we have a range of second-hand books for sale during the conference - EFT or cash. There are no credit card facilities.

Photography and Social Media

There will be a professional photographer attending the Summit on day 2.

If you have any concerns about being photographed, please inform Michelle on the morning of day 2.

You are encouraged to take photos and post them to social media using the hashtag #LeadToSoar throughout the Summit. (we will be!)
