There are moments in life when we feel the quiet pull to come home to soften the edges, to listen more deeply, to lead with love instead of defence.

This is a retreat for those who sense that how we speak, listen and hold one another shapes the world we live in.

Set among the forested ridges and ferny gullies of the Otways, Lead with Heart Retreat invites you to slow down, drop in and return to the intelligence of your body, breath and being.

Together we’ll explore the practice of Conscious Communication a way of relating that invites empathy, courage, truth-telling and the kind of presence that heals. We’ll move each morning, be bathed in sound, share nourishing meals and find spaciousness in the land and within ourselves. Between practices, you’ll have time to enjoy a rainforest sauna, a freshwater pool, optional massage and the deep quiet of nature and connection.

This retreat is co-facilitated by Sophia Dunn, teacher of Authentic Relating and the Four Truths framework and Roy Jacob, founder of the Conscious Communication Academy a global movement supporting more harmonious ways of living and leading in relationship.

Roy’s work is rooted in ancient principles of ahimsa (non-harming) and anekantavada (many-sided truth), woven with Nonviolent Communication, trauma awareness and embodied practice. His teaching is a gift to the world and a homecoming for the heart.

This is more than a retreat. It’s a remembering.
