Leader as Healer: Activating Whole Self Intelligence

A Warm Invitation to Reflect, Renew, and Lead with Wholeness.

Delivered In partnership with Matrix Development, and co-hosted by Goodlife Collective and Creative Leadership.

Join us for an inspiring evening with Nicholas Janni, a globally renowned leadership expert and author of The 2023 Business Book of the Year Leader as Healer: A new paradigm for 21st century leadership.

On Tuesday, 3 June 2025, as Aotearoa approaches Matariki - the Māori New Year - this timely conversation will invite you to harness embodied intelligence and navigate complexity with presence and purpose.

In the reflective energy of early June, we gather to prepare for Matariki’s themes of remembrance, connection, and renewal. This is a unique opportunity to engage with Nicholas Janni’s transformative approach to leadership, blending heart, mind, and spirit to meet the challenges of our time.

About Nicholas Janni
Nicholas Janni works with CEO’s and senior teams globally and teaches at two of the world’s leading business schools, pioneering a new vision and practice of leadership. Nicholas has devoted his life to studying and teaching the development of human potential since an awakening at the age of 16.

In his first career he was a theatre director, teaching at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London and researching the ‘zone’ of peak performance with his own company. He bridges the worlds of creative, personal, spiritual and professional development in a uniquely powerful, relevant and accessible way.

His book “Leader as Healer, a new paradigm for 21st century leadership” was published to wide acclaim in 2022 and was the winner of the Business Book of the Year 2023 award.  www.nicholasjanni.com
