Leader Evolution Series 1 - 2024

Leader Evolution is a three-day intensive leadership program that provides a new approach to leading when managing change, complexity, or stubborn problems. It’s for changemakers operating in environments that need a shift in thinking when tackling pressing or complex issues.

Learn to influence and mobilise across remote teams and diverse stakeholder groups, reframe thinking around problems in order to move forward and adopt an experimental mindset to expand your leadership capacity.

Series 1 workshop dates – February 13, 14, and 29 2024

All workshops are in person and are held in Melbourne CBD.  Venue details will be provided upon enrolment. 

All course materials and catering for morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea is included.
