MKP Leadership Training 1 - The Authentic Servant Leader

MKP Queensland is excited to offer Leader Training (LT1) for the first time in four years.

LT1 is a 2-½ day live-in training for men who have completed the NWTA, and is led by two LT1 Leader Trainers and a senior staff.

It is a Lover quadrant training with the context set by the Process Question: “Do we have a container?”.

LT1 takes a deep look at safe and strong containers: How to build, maintain, support through challenges and then release containers.

The processes covered include: Introduction to Feelings, the Gift, “What’s at Risk” and Hero’s Journey.

LT1 is not just for men looking to pursue the leader path within MKP - This is the next evolution of your leadership journey in your own life and in service to your brothers, your community, and the world.

The training is a live-in residential training:

Time: Friday 6:00pm - Sunday 4:00pm

Where: Koonjewarre, 2806 Springbrook Rd, Springbrook QLD

Cost: $795. Meals and accommodation are included.
