Leaders for Change: The correlation between culture and climate
Event description
Any company change relies on effective leadership to drive direction, momentum and consistency.
Businesses who are championing climate action are guided by leaders who create the conditions for a company culture that puts climate action at the core of business decisions, operations and practices, and ensures the whole team is on board.
But how do you build this culture in the first place?
Whether you are struggling to gain full support from your team, or your leaders, or unsure of how to build momentum, this workshop will provide you with key insights into the importance of company culture, how other organisations took the lead, and how you can too.
On the day, we will be joined by our panel members:
Michelle Wilson, Global Sustainability Technical Lead at Aesop
Matt Drum, Managing Director at NDevr Environmental
Sasha Titchkosky, CEO and Founder at Koskela
Adrian Enright, Director of Partnerships at Tasman Environmental Markets
