The introductory webinar series is Four x 1-Hour Zoom webinars held over two weeks.

You will:

1. Learn some specific theory to help you level up
2. Receive practical tools that you can apply immediately

Session 1

• Understand the elements you need to level up
• Rate yourself in terms of your current leadership attributes, and identify what’s needed to build exceptional leadership skills

Session 2

• Building on your skill set and going from frazzled to focused
• Topics include Awareness, Communication, and Mindset

Session 3

• Being a powerful connector and taking your team from siloed to aligned
• Topics include Belonging, Trust, and Relationship
  

Session 4

• Being a change agent for your team and moving them from confused to clear
• Topics include Differentiate, Delegate, and Design
  

The investment for the introductory 4 x 1-hour webinars is $97.00
