The introductory webinar series is Four x 1-Hour Zoom webinars held over two weeks.

Session 3

Being a powerful connector and taking your team from siloed to aligned
Topics include Belonging, Trust, and Relationship

Session 4

Being a change agent for your team and moving them from confused to clear
Topics include Differentiate, Delegate, and Design
