This workshop focuses on key aspects of effective and professional communication. Participants will develop a strong understanding of how effective communication can potentially avoid conflict and diffuse conflict situations.
The workshop will also cover:
- Communication tips and techniques for leaders
- Understanding how others perceive you
- Dealing with difficult situations, people, and conflict resolution strategies
- Strategies to resolve communication differences and problems
- Development a personal action plan

By the completion of this course the participant will be able to:

- Know and understand causes of conflict and conflict resolution methods
- More positively manage own behaviour
- Recognise and manage difficult interpersonal situations
