This workshop focuses on key aspects of effective and professional communication. Participants will develop a strong understanding of how effective communication can potentially avoid conflict and diffuse conflict situations.

The workshop will also cover:

Communication tips and techniques for leaders
Understanding how others perceive you
Dealing with difficult situations, people, and conflict resolution strategies
Strategies to resolve communication differences and problems
Development a personal action plan
