This workshop has been developed to assist new leaders to better identify, act upon and manage performance and interpersonal issues in the workplace.

It will take a close look at the following:

Causes of conflict and poor performance
Conflict resolution styles, understand your style and when to adapt
Using feedback to change behaviour
Strategies to assist in addressing performance and interpersonal issues
Questioning techniques to identify individual challenges and solutions
Providing support

Proactively identify and resolve issues prior to escalation
Apply conflict resolution and performance improvement strategies
Greater confidence recognising potential conflict and dealing with conflict in the workplace
