LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SUMMIT 2025
Event description
Join us at The Australian National University this December to reshape leadership development in Australia and beyond.
We’re excited to announce that tickets are now on sale for the Leadership Development Summit 2025, taking place Monday 8 – Wednesday 10 December at the Australian National University (ANU), Canberra.
Back by popular demand after the success of our 2024 summit, this national gathering brings together leadership practitioners, academics, and pracademics to explore the future of leadership development.
The theme for 2025 is Tension, Turf and Terrain
Tension – Navigating power, priorities, and values in how we teach and learn leadership
Turf – Examining influence, access, and inclusion in the leadership space
Terrain – Grappling with place-based, context-driven challenges across Australia
This is the only event in Australia that actively bridges leadership research and practice, creating space for new ideas, critical inquiry, and collaborative action.
This event is hosted by The Australian Rural Leadership Foundation (ARLF), Australian National University (ANU), and Menzies Leadership Foundation, in partnership with The Leadership Network.
Secure your place now in this ground-breaking event by shaping a new chapter in leadership development.
Your ticket covers all sessions and catering for the two and half days of the summit, a welcome drink and canape on the evening of the 8 December, the formal dinner on 9 December as well as a facilitated breakfast on the morning of the 10 December.
