Sports Science and Wearable Sensors for Industry

Picture a world where every employee is equipped with a personal injury prevention coach, much like the ones our sports stars have access to. Instead of a one-size-fits-all training program, these coaches would tailor their guidance to an individual's unique movement patterns and job responsibilities and teach them how to prevent future injuries.

Envision a scenario where both managers and injured workers can monitor daily work progress during a rehabilitation program, reducing the risk of reinjury. These insights, too, are being facilitated by computer technology today.

The Preventure team has embarked on an eight-year journey to translate the technology and methodology used in elite sports, into an effective, evidence-based (and sustainable) workplace solution.

Join us for a deep dive into the health science that sits behind the data, and an examination of real case studies form workplaces. Including the real costs involved in implementing a wearable sensor program.
