Does your Safety Program reflect your Organisational Culture?

Join us for an insightful breakfast event that may transform the way you think about safety in manufacturing!

Most companies desire a culture where employees speak up, report potential hazards willingly, and share near-miss incidents with the view of improving the safety of their environment. However, a notable scarcity exists in some with establishing the necessary psychological safety and trust required to firmly establish these behaviours as the norm.

Are you confident that your safety program truly mirrors your organisation's culture that you desire?

Don't miss this opportunity to network with like-minded safety professionals and gain a fresh perspective on how to create a safety program that reflects the heart and soul of your organisation.
