This dinner offers the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, enjoy good food and genuine conversation, and engage with peers who understand the realities and responsibilities of senior leadership.

Our theme for this dinner is ‘The Innovation Mindset: Cultivating curiosity and creativity across all levels.’

Andrew Jones is a seasoned innovator and transformation strategist, and co-founder of G2 innovation.

With a background in Industrial Design and a Master’s in Applied Mechatronics, he’s helped some of the world’s biggest brands - like Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Red Bull, and Scholl - embed agility, customer-centricity, and adaptive leadership into their DNA.

Known for his thought-provoking workshops and practical, no-nonsense approach, Andrew believes real change comes from cultures built on trust, curiosity, and experimentation, not rigid systems.
