Leadership Event | Senior Leaders Dinner | Sydney
Event description
INVITATION ONLY
Our senior leader dinners are invitation only and for the senior leaders within our membership so they can have a relaxed evening of good food, good company, and a great presentation
Guest Presenter:
Andy Rylance
Regional Operations Head – Siniat
Our guest speaker is Andy Rylance- Regional Operations Head for Siniat, one of Etex Groups flagship brands. Prior to his role with Siniat, Andy was Director of Operations for Knauf and Global Lean Leader for Boral USG.
Throughout his career, Andy has strived to instill a culture of continuous improvement across all facets of operations. In this discussion, Andy will emphasize the importance of understanding the workforce as customers in the continuous improvement (CI) process, and highlight the critical role of senior management engagement.
Andy will outline a strategy for clearly determining and communicating the intent of a CI process to ensure its acceptance in operations. He advocates for empowering people by giving them the ability and permission to interpret the best way to achieve results. This approach avoids a "one size fits all" mentality, while still adhering to core CI principles.
Join us to hear Andy discuss how his philosophy has evolved over time through learned experience and ultimately one that delivers results.
