Our 2025 Women in Industry Breakfast in Sydney aims to bring together women from within our membership and is designed to foster an environment of support, empowerment, and networking.
The event takes the form of an intimate breakfast event, fostering an atmosphere conducive to meaningful conversations and connections.
At the heart of our Women in Industry Breakfasts are our guest presenters who are industry experts and thought leaders. These esteemed speakers share their expertise, insights, and experiences on industry-relevant topics, providing valuable knowledge and inspiration to the participants.

Kirstin Reblin is a transformative leader and dynamic speaker with a German background and extensive global expertise. She has held senior roles across operations and corporate functions at international companies like Siemens and Bosch, where she led large-scale transformations and drove operational excellence.
Now based in Sydney, Kirstin recently served as General Manager Transformation at Opal Paper & Packaging, achieving significant financial and cultural improvements. Recognised as "Mentor of the Year" at the 2024 Women in Industries Awards, she is passionate about fostering inclusive, high-performing teams and supporting women in male-dominated industries.
Kirstin holds a Master’s in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in Germany, a field of study created bridging technical and commercial disciplines. Through her practical insights and compelling stories, Kirstin inspires audiences to embrace change, build connections, and drive sustainable success.
