Presentation Topic: Self Leadership - Become a better you

Self-leadership is essential for leadership development, increasing ownership and confidence, and staying relevant for the future of work.

However, it is also what enables us to take charge of our life, make decisions that work for us, and align to the life that supports our well-being; a key focus area for organisations today.

Self-Leadership is an often underused asset, particularly for women in the workforce today.

Join us and hear the fascinating path Claire took to learn about, and navigate the path of self-leadership from start-ups to corporates. All of these experiences amalgamating in where she is today, owning and running a business from Regional NSW.

Claire will talk to:

  • Self-Leadership: What it is and why it's important
  • Learnings from the dance floor - what to avoid and embrace
  • 3 strategies to engage in self-leadership right now
