Join us for a 3-course sit-down dinner as we celebrate our Award winners and finalists at the Melbourne Museum, a contemporary architectural icon located opposite the Royal Exhibition Building in the heart of Carlton Gardens.

IPAA Victoria’s Leadership Awards play a critical role in connecting, empowering and celebrating Victoria’s public purpose sector by recognising and acknowledging outstanding leadership.

These prestigious Awards honour the excellence and innovation of teams and organisations working in or alongside the Victorian public purpose sector, including community organisations, academic institutions, private firms, and all levels of government: Commonwealth, State and Local. They represent the pinnacle of achievement for initiatives that create meaningful impact for the Victorian community

The 2025 Awards theme is ‘Making the difference – recognising exceptional design and delivery across the public purpose sector’. This theme celebrates the broad, cross-sector work that delivers significant and lasting benefits to the community.

Finalists in all five categories are now announced. People’s Choice voting is now open, giving you the opportunity to vote for your favourite initiative.

Time: 6:30 pm doors open, 7:00 pm formalities commence.

Ticket information
Once places are secured, purchasers are able to update the individual ticket holder names and details up to two weeks prior to the event. IPAA Victoria will send reminders to complete these details in the lead up to the event.
