Leadership in your CALD organisation

A free workshop designed for board members (and new and emerging leaders) from culturally and linguistically diverse community organisations that explores:

• What does leadership look like in your organisation?
• Leadership styles: what fits and what doesn’t fit?
• Building a mandate to act: the signs of effective leadership
• Team leadership: what’s required to build leadership capacity in your organisation?

The workshop will start with and build on the experiences of participants. Howard Buckley, the Project Worker with the Sunshine Coast Coalition of Community Boards will run the workshop in cooperation with NCC Cultural Connections program.

Including a shared meal together.
