Leadership Meta-Skills Series - PACKAGE

This series of workshops supports participants in developing meta-skills that will enable them to be more effective and further develop a cascade of complementary skills for inclusive leadership. These meta-skills include:

• Giving and Receiving Feedback - August 29

• Difficult Conversations - September 5

• Boundaries for Professionals - September 12

• Communicating Across Differences (bonus session) - October 10

Each session can be taken separately, but purchasing this package of four sessions is more cost-effective. It includes the bonus session in October. The workshops are on Fridays 10am - 12pm (AEST) over three weeks, plus the bonus session on October 10.

Who should attend:

For anyone leading or working with others, whether in organisations or independently. These workshops are for people in environments where these skills are valued and who want the chance to develop them. They offer support to build confidence and capability in meta-skills that reinforce and build on one another.

What to expect:

• Each of the four sessions is a two-hour interactive online workshop.

• Slides are used to share content visually.

• Slides will be shared in PDF form after each session.

• Breakout rooms are used to encourage light-hearted practice of the skills.

• There will be a break in the middle.

• Certificates of participation are available upon request when at least three of the four sessions have been attended.

• Details for each session can be found below in "More events from this host" with the exception of the bonus session.

• This series is aimed at developing workplace skills, and the benefits are transferable to other areas of life.

• The session is not recorded to provide a learning environment where participants are free to ask questions.
