About Toby Jenkins

Toby Jenkins is an Olympian, leadership coach and keynote speaker who helps leaders align resilience, performance and fulfilment.

He has worked with leaders and their teams from organisations including Apple, Google, Rio Tinto, EY, CBRE, Australian Department of Defence, Deloitte, University of Queensland, Mater Foundation and many more.

As well as the science of psychological flexibility, Toby brings insights from elite sport and high performance into his work with leaders.

His favourite thing is writing about himself in the third person.
