What this day is all about

Leadership Play Day is a full-day, game-based learning experience that takes leadership development out of the boardroom and into play. Instead of being talked at with boring slides, you’ll step into three carefully designed games that let you actually practice leadership.

You’ll be experimenting, problem-solving, laughing (a lot), and walking away with insights that stick because you’ve lived them, not just heard them.

This isn’t theory. It’s leadership in action.

How it works

The day is made up of three 2-hour games. You can book individual sessions ($99 each), or join us for the full day ($297) to play all three and unlock The Leadership Playbook - a bonus 60-minute facilitated debrief where we connect the dots and help you take away a clear set of personal leadership shifts.

Here’s what’s on in Wellington:

• The Moonlit Market (8:30–10:30am)
  Pitch, trade, and negotiate under pressure. Build agility, creativity, and bold decision-making in a playful, high-energy marketplace.

• The Broken Bridge (11:00am–1:00pm)
  A fantasy quest to practice difficult conversations. Explore courage, clarity, and how you show up when the stakes feel high.

• The Inner Tides (1:45–3:45pm)
  Use the Emotional Culture Deck in a role-playing game to strengthen emotional awareness, resilience, and confidence in leading with empathy.

• The Leadership Playbook (4:00–5:00pm)
  Available only with a full-day pass. A guided reflection session to connect your learning, extract insights, and leave with a practical playbook you can use back at work.
