Leadership Reboot | Alumni Program - Expressions of Interest

Over the last 35 years, Leadership Victoria has been delivering unique programs to empower leaders to identify and dismantle personal and systemic barriers, transforming their leadership practice. Our 7,000 Alumni continue to deal with adaptive challenges and complex organisational, community and societal issues.

Throughout our programs, we urge leaders to adopt and continuously practice reflection, learning and self-care. However, we understand that the fast-paced nature of daily life makes it difficult to maintain these habits as we often don't get the opportunity to step out of the workplace and think, reflect, learn and network. That's why we're dedicated to providing space, guidance, and support to our Williamson Community Leadership and Folio Community Leadership Program Fellows, through a Leadership Reboot.

This 2-day, 2-night retreat (5pm on Monday 15 July - 2pm on Wednesday 17 July) is an opportunity for WCLP and FCLP Fellows to:

• Take time out of daily life and explore pressing leadership and professional challenges, in a supportive environment
• Reignite connections with fellow Alumni and extend professional networks
• Gain inspiration through shared purpose and hearing from guest speakers
• Re-examine and revisit your values and leadership purpose 
• Connect with nature in the beautiful Panorama Retreat and Resort in the Dandenong Ranges.

The program will be delivered by Leadership Victoria faculty, and will be fully tax deductible.
