Leadership Side Quest - A 1 day workshop for leaders in Wellington

💰 Cost: $450 (pilot price in exchange for your feedback, a testimonial, and letting us snap a few photos of your heroic journey). Lunch is included. 

🧩 What’s actually going to happen

This isn’t a theory-filled, jargon-heavy, please-don’t-call-on-me leadership seminar.

This is playful, practical, and personal.

You’ll:

• 🌿 Head into nature to connect more deeply with your leadership style
• 🪞 Reflect on the real challenges you’re currently wrestling with
• 🎭 Use your insights to create a character - your personal leadership avatar
• 🎲 Enter A Quest Within, a guided role-playing game where you'll explore new approaches to those challenges through story
• 🔍 Debrief and extract useful, grounded insights to take back into the real world
• 🤝 Connect with other leaders on their own paths

You don’t need role-playing experience. Just a willingness to play and be curious.
