Lead change without causing harm.

Organisational change is now a named psychosocial hazard under Australian WHS law, and regulators across Australia are actively enforcing the duty to manage it. Yet the people who lead and advise on change are rarely trained to manage the psychological risk it creates. This one-day, in-person program closes that gap.

Who is this training for?

Transformation and change managers, project sponsors, project management leads, and operational leaders. Plus the organisational development, HR and management consultants who advise them.

What you will walk away able to do

Recognise where change creates psychosocial risk, using the Trident Psychosocial Change Model.
Assess any change and design controls that stand up to scrutiny.
Quote for, win and deliver change work with the confidence that it meets WHS obligations.

Why it pays off

Managing psychosocial risk well is an investment that pays for itself. Independent analyses find $2.30 to $4 returned for every $1 invested in a mentally healthy workplace, while psychological claims cost around four times more than other claims and run far longer.

What is included

A full day of facilitated, scenario-based learning led by an AHPRA-registered organisational psychologist; the Trident Psychosocial Change Model and a complete practitioner toolkit; and a pathway to become a Trident Accredited Psychosocial Change Practitioner, with a recognised credential and a verifiable digital badge. Built on the relevant WHS regulation, codes of practice and ISO 45003.
