Hosted by Martin King (he/him) Director and Founder of Pride Pledge along with an incredible panel from New Zealand's DEI leaders ( full panel to be announced).

We will be talking about how we best lead, enable, and govern employee networks with an intersectional lens, whilst still ensuring we create amazing, engaged and impactful groups across the diversity spectrum.

We will hear from some of our leading companies on what they are doing, what's working, and lessons for others.

This is an open, honest and informal sharing session with lots of chance for Q&A as we strive at Pride Pledge to build stronger networks of organisations committed to Rainbow Inclusion with an intersectional approach to DEI!
