Exploring the role of leaders in innovation, creating the conditions for growth and having clarity around innovation investments risk vs reward
How to prioritise and measure the most impactful projects
Understanding a culture of innovation: what are the enablers and the blockers, and how can leadership teams support a culture of innovation
How we communicate change and innovation to teams and use communication techniques appropriate for different levels of complexity
Understanding and exploring where your organisation operates on the spectrum of innovation
Identifying where you want or need to be in twelve months, two years and five years from now, and what structures and behaviours are required to get there
Communicating the ‘why’ of this work, and empowering teams to take ownership of innovation
Calling out biases or behaviours that prevent innovation and speaking the same language amongst leaders and team members
