Day 2, Friday, November 13: Claim Your purpose, your values, your whole life

Refining and claiming your purpose. Mapping it across professional, personal, family, and community life. Identifying the values that must be honored for you to lead at your best. 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET

Day 3, Saturday, November 14: Lead The unknown, your plan, your community

Leading in uncertainty. Building your Purpose to Impact® Plan with one-on-one coaching. Presenting your purpose and plan to the full group. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET

After the three days Four months of monthly peer cohort sessions to sustain momentum, deepen the relationships you build, and translate purpose into ongoing leadership action.
